We offer BD1.5 flat rate shipping to Bahrain, regardless of the shipping weight.

GCC shipping rates
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar
Shipping charges start from SAR25, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the shipping weight.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Curls & Beyond is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery date to Qatar is after 8 to 12 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
Delivery date to all other GCC countries is after 5 to 8 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you would like to return any product,
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (without shipping cost) in the form of points to be redeemed at your next order. You will bare full shipping charges of your return, from your address to Curls & Beyond warehouse (email us to request the address)
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
